I worked at the Board of Trade for 10 years. It was the most exciting years of my career. When I started the original financial floor was still used (floor facing Jackson Blvd). On friday mornings when government numbers were released the floor was so full and traders and runners you could hardly move. Long live the Chicago Board of Trade!!

I love the art deconess of the CBOT. he other evening, I watched the outside flood lights turn on. it was very dramatic!

Absolute perfection is skyscraper architecture. I've constructed models of it in 1:150 scale and presantly 1:87 scale. The Ceres statuette purchased from the CBOT Store tops it.

This building embodies old design styles. It has perfect corners and just looks pleasing. Also if you notice, this is the building they used as the Wayne Enterprises building (just without the big letters that say WAYNE on it)
