The building is fantastic in every way. The architecture is great. The staff is more than courteous. The balconies are spacious. The party and workout facilities are the nicest I've seen in comparable buildings. The high ceilings are definately a plus. The neighborhood is improving every day.The views during the daytime are nice but during the evenings are some of the nicest in the City. In summary I can't say enough about this building.

I like how it compliments the river and west line of Metra. It's a neat building to look at, also at night, rather than the day. The east side looks nice for views that residences live in. The west has good views for people who like to relax in the hallways.

I lived in Marina City and i really enjoyed looking at this building and the "blue" light. Or would you rather look at the Metra tracks and parking lots. That is what's wonderful about Chicago. Morden and old.

This building almost couldn't be any uglier. The horrible parking base it's placed on to start, then lets talk about the BLUE NEON lights that outline it @ night ... TACKY.What an ugly sight to see as you look west crossing the Chicago River.Hopefully, the Kennedy family will finally construct a tower @ Wolf Point & at least somewhat block this tower from view & add something worth looking at.
