     A residential tower that was long anticipated. The podium was developed first and populated with a badly needed grocery store and a coffee shop before the tower began to rise above it.

When completed, The Fairbanks will take the shape of two convex curves with the residential space in between. The facade will be glass, which is a nice change for a neighborhood where skyscrapers too often suck up the available light rather than share it.
